• Entry level on envelopes over C5 = 1000

Applicable when mailing addresses within close proximity - ideally suited to local authority mailings
Offers increased levels of savings from the Mailsort service

Applicable to periodicals within the publishing sector

QMP

In 2001 the Royal Mail, in conjunction with the Direct Marketing Association established the QMP - The Quality Standard for Mail Production scheme to measure, monitor and enhance the standards of companies working within the direct mail and fulfilment industry.

Each QMP audit measures 14 criteria, including: -

• Reliability
• Understanding your requirements
• Value for money
• Flexibility
• Project management

Document Despatch has had four QMP audits since the inception of the scheme and has passed all audits with flying colours.

The 2005 audit now places Document Despatch as 13th of the 209 certified Mailing Houses within the UK, based on Customer Satisfaction - which is testament to the high service levels that we pride ourselves on.
