Document Despatch MBO Altodigital UK ltd Announcement 

Document Despatch Ltd, a leading provider of Direct Mail solutions has been bought by members of their management team and an external investor.  Leigh Foster, Doug Nichols and James Abrahart have acquired the business from the previous shareholders. Leigh Foster will continue as Managing Director, with Doug Nichols heading up the finance side of the business. James Abrahart is an active entrepreneurial investor who owns Altodigital, one of the largest independent suppliers of digital print solutions in the UK. He also has several businesses and property interests both in the UK and the USA.  

Document Despatch provides a comprehensive and cost effective direct mail service that is tailored to specific customer requirements.  For over 20 years Document Despatch has provided direct mail solutions to a growing number of organisations, large and small, across all areas of commerce, industry and government.

The Document Despatch management team plans to build on previous successes and grow the company in both new and existing markets. The company employs 30 people at its Basingstoke base and has an annual turnover of £3M.
