Statement & Invoice production

A major distributor of consumer products decided that outsourcing their invoicing for distributors and retailers would be a more efficient process. After a selection process that verified our abilities, Document Despatch was awarded a 3-year contract to produce and mail out their invoices on a daily basis.

Billing data is received, processed and mailed on a same day turnaround. This consists of a multi-page invoice that is laser printed, match collated, folded and enclosed along with any promotional material. Daily production also includes credit control letters, removing a further load from the busy accounts team.

Statements are produced monthly on a 48-hour turnaround. As with invoices, they are multi-page sets requiring matching and enclosing with additional information when required.

Data Capture

We are well known in our flexibility of services available - particularly to clients who just require our datacapture expertise.

One example is our contract with a large insurance company. They advertise in the national media and also carry out a mailing programme, but found that they could not cope internally with the peaks and troughs of the postal responses.

Document Despatch receives all response coupons which are datacaptured with name, address and up to 10-20 other attributes. Data is returned to the client daily for loading on to their automated quotation system. This means that our client can mail out insurance quotes from responses within 48 hours.
